Renting @ The Living Room

The Living Room offers both daytime and evening rentals as a part of our mandate to provide accessible community space for learning, meeting, and connection. 

Groups can rent out spaces that fit their needs. Whether you are a therapist seeking a one-on-one private room for a client, an artist hosting a group workshop, or 20 staff looking to run a training session, our flexible space is available to host you. 

We have two floors with different amenities. 100% of proceeds go back into the co-operative to allow us to continue providing space for community building.

Pricing chart for event catering based on time of day and privacy level. Daytime prices range from $25 per hour for public events to $300 flat fee for private events; evening prices range from $50 per hour for public to $400 flat fee for private. Additional cleaning fee of $50 applies; maximum event duration is 4 hours; availability on request.
