PRIVATE RENTALS @ The Living Room

The Living Room offers both daytime and evening rentals as a part of our mandate to provide accessible community space for learning, meeting, and connection. 

Groups can rent out spaces that fit their needs. Whether you are a therapist seeking a one-on-one private room for a client, a group of friends hosting a paint night, or 20 staff looking to run a training session, our flexible space is available to host you. 

We have two floors with different amenities. 100% of proceeds go back into the co-operative to allow us to continue providing space for community building.

    Note: Our lower floor is not wheelchair accessible.

Pricing chart for event catering based on time of day and privacy level. Daytime prices range from $25 per hour for public events to $300 flat fee for private events; evening prices range from $50 per hour for public to $400 flat fee for private. Additional cleaning fee of $50 applies; maximum event duration is 4 hours; availability on request.

PAID EVENT RENTALS @ The LIVING ROOM

If you wish to generate income by hosting paid events, we highly recommend that you inquire about one of our three tiers of membership. Members can put forward date requests to run their workshops free of charge — it’s all covered by membership dues!
